Full-time Broadway Party Rentals is seeking a Sales Assistant with a background in party rental, catering or hospitality/food services. We are a leading provider of high-quality party rentals and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our sales executives to meet and exceed client expectations, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships. Handle order-taking, make product recommendations, and promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise. Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient delivery and setup of rental items. Meet with clients in our SOHO and East Rutherford showrooms, offering personalized assistance and guidance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in party rental, catering, or related foodservice roles, enabling you to understand the unique needs of our clients. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative to work independently. Flexibility to work regular business hours, providing you with nights and weekends to enjoy your personal time.
