Located in Fairfield, NJ, AMFG is committed to exceptional customer satisfaction through quick quotes, premium quality, competitive pricing, and fast delivery of its industrial forgings. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant position based in Fairfield, NJ. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by providing administrative support, engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and assisting in the coordination of sales orders. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, maintaining accurate records, preparing quotes and order documentation, and contributing to smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient sales operations. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-oriented mindset Proven experience in Communication and Customer Service Knowledge of sales and the ability to support sales activities Excellent organizational skills to manage records and coordinate tasks efficiently Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
