Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit Create 3D models and renderings Document and draw existing conditions Develop and draft detailed construction drawings Conduct research with building departments and landlord representatives Collaborate with management and team members to complete projects Monitor project deliverables and provide progress updates to the team Independently and efficiently solve problems Understand and adapt client standards to various projects Manage communication with consultants and clients
Skills:
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with Bluebeam Familiarity with rendering software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with
COMcheck/REScheck Qualifications:
College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience in project planning and management Desire to expand knowledge in project planning and management disciplines Positive attitude, contributing to team success and company growth Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
