PHARMACY SALES AGENT

We are a growing independent pharmacy looking for a driven, personable sales professional to expand our reach across the region. You will be the face of our pharmacy — building relationships with physicians, specialists, group home operators, assisted living facilities, and other care organizations to drive new patient referrals and institutional business. What you will do Call on physician offices, specialists, and medical practices to drive new patient prescription referrals to our pharmacy Build and maintain relationships with group home operators, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care organizations Present our pharmacy's services, delivery capabilities, blister packing, and medication management programs to decision makers Work with insurance coordinators and billing staff to make transitioning patients seamless Identify and pursue new business opportunities including workers' comp, hospice, and home health agencies Represent the pharmacy at healthcare events, health fairs, and community outreach programs Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and results on a weekly basis Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts What we are looking for 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services Existing relationships with physician offices or long-term care facilities is a strong plus
