Our client is seeking a Project Support Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Accurately enter and maintain new product inventory within company systems. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to help ensure smooth financial operations. Review and verify vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to vendor orders in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Assist in resolving customer warranty issues, delivering solutions that support customer satisfaction. Prepare and generate client proposals with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage calendars and assist with scheduling to support team efficiency and coordination. Enter, track, and monitor customer orders from placement through completion. Conduct proactive follow-up with clients after order fulfillment to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs. Monitor office and operational supplies, ensuring timely restocking to maintain workflow continuity. Greet and assist incoming guests, providing a welcoming and professional front-office experience. Gather and document information on potential clients to support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in spreadsheet tools with the ability to accurately input, analyze, and manage data. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in vendor and client-facing interactions. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Hours & Benefits:
