This role is based in New York City and encourages a minimum of two days per week in the SoHo office. Some roles or teams may require additional in-office attendance if the essential functions of the role require it.THE OPPORTUNITY
This position will support the team that sells to special markets accounts. The role will include supporting our in-house team and our commissioned rep gift sales force.RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support:
assist in managing the commissioned gift rep sales force, including attending seasonal gift shows. Prepare title presentations for in-house accounts. Oversee event orders and author orders. Liaise between sales and other departments (marketing, publishers, SRE, operations, inventory) Manage price increases and other attribute changes and communicate those changes quickly to the RDS team Maintain Smart Returns attributions and communicate changes.
