Hours (14-25 hours per week

• Must be available to work either of the shifts listed below: Shift 1: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 1:00pm Shift 2: Monday through Thursday 1:00am to 6:00pm Shift 3: Friday/ Saturday 8:00am
• 1:00pm & Sunday 10:00am
• 2:00pm Shift 4: Friday/ Saturday 1:00pm to 6:00pm & Sunday 2:00pm-6:00pm Compensation $21
• 25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Bonus opportunities available Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls Make outbound phone calls Respond to texts, emails and social media messages Create and update customer accounts Modify documents using Word, Excel, or Google Drive Create flyers using Canva Attend weekly staff trainings Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide respectful, professional, and enthusiastic customer service to children and families Willingness to learn new skills and receive coaching Ability to reliably commute to the work location Ability to use a computer and standard office software Ability to handle sensitive information related to children and families with discretion and professionalism Ability to perform job duties in a safe and professional manner during work hours Child-Safety & Compliance This position is primarily administrative and does not involve regular direct supervision of children.

Employment is contingent upon completion of background checks and fingerprinting as required by New York State and local law for positions in after-school and camp settings. Must be willing to complete any required child-safety, safeguarding, and mandated reporter training , if applicable.
