Full Job Description Job Purpose:
At Valley Ford of Columbus the Sales Admin is responsible for providing essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of sales activities. This role involves coordinating sales processes, managing customer accounts, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and documentation. The Sales Admin plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage sales team schedules, meetings, and appointments. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence and managing incoming inquiries. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of sales materials and resources. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and accurate information and resources. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role. Proven track record of supporting sales teams and managing sales operations efficiently. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions. Familiarity with sales processes and an understanding of sales performance metrics.
