Fabl Design About the Role We're looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to support our growing team. This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire position with an opportunity to grow into a larger role over time. As a small company, we're still building and improving our sales process—so you'll be part of that journey with us. This role combines sales support, field work, and hands-on tasks . What You'll Do Support outreach to potential clients and partners Follow up with leads and help keep communication organized Travel between cities for meetings, site visits, and events Assist with measuring and documenting existing homes Perform 3D scanning of homes (training provided) Help test and improve our sales process over time Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed in a small team What Makes This Role Unique Mix of sales + real-world field experience Exposure to residential design and construction projects Opportunity to grow into a sales or project-focused role Work directly with a small, entrepreneurial team Who We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with driving and traveling between cities Detail-oriented and reliable Willing to learn and take initiative Positive attitude and flexible mindset Preferred (not required): Bachelor of Science in Architecture (or related field) Interest in architecture and construction Any customer service, sales, or field experience Compensation $18-$23/hour + commission Part-time, contract-based Opportunity to transition into a full-time role Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a starting point.
