Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Agent to join our Sales & Business Development team in the Banking, Insurance & Investment industry. In this member-focused role, you will educate and enroll eligible individuals in Medicare plans, build relationships with community partners, and achieve sales targets with integrity. You'll leverage data and tools to identify needs, provide personalized plan recommendations, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and manage a territory of Medicare-eligible consumers through community events, referrals, and partnerships. Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations to educate seniors and caregivers on Humana's Medicare plans and benefits. Assess member needs and recommend appropriate Humana Medicare solutions in a compliant, consultative manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, providers, brokers, and senior centers to generate leads. Ensure all sales and marketing activities strictly adhere to CMS guidelines and Humana compliance standards. Accurately complete applications and enrollment documentation, and track activity using CRM and reporting tools. Provide ongoing support and service to enrolled members to improve satisfaction, retention, and health outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Clinical to support local growth and community engagement strategies. Stay current on Medicare regulations, competitive products, and Humana offerings through ongoing training and development. Represent Humana's member-focused, inclusive culture in the field, supporting community well-being initiatives.
