Our growing team is seeking a motivated Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our sales and management team! We work with some of the nation's most recognized household brands and are looking for driven individuals who are eager to develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a supportive team environment. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to help them explore AT&T wireless and home service options. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will help customers understand their available choices, complete the enrollment process, and feel confident in the services they select. Whether assisting with a new wireless plan, helping customers explore internet options, or introducing bundled service solutions, the Entry Level AT&T Assistant will provide clear information and a positive customer experience every step of the way.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective customers to explain AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled service options in a clear and approachable way Assist customers with the enrollment process and ensure required information is completed accurately Verify service eligibility and availability for residential and small business customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service selections, and enrollment progress Provide customers with updates regarding activation timelines and next steps Answer general questions about services, account setup, and available features Monitor enrollment activity and provide feedback to leadership to help improve the customer and sales experience Support Entry Level AT&T Assistant team goals by contributing to a positive, professional, and results-driven environment

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, administrative support, or a related field is helpful but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain information clearly Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences Prior Entry Level AT&T Assistant experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when handling customer needs Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment If you're motivated, personable, and ready to build a career in sales and customer engagement, the Entry Level AT&T Assistant opportunity could be a great fit for you!
