This role is ideal for someone early in their career or with a few years of experience who is eager to grow in sales, customer engagement, and business development. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the CEO and sales team to help build strong customer and partner relationships while supporting day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing, organizing, and distributing sales presentations, proposals, and customer materials. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule meetings and identify potential sales opportunities. Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities for the sales team. Work with the CEO and sales team to help maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. Enter and update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system. Assist with customer communications, including follow-up emails and meeting summaries. Support sales campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently. Assist in tracking sales opportunities and maintaining pipeline updates. Provide general administrative support to the sales organization. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with customers. Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, retail, or administrative roles preferred. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
