We are looking for a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. Position Overview The Sales Assistant works closely with our sales consultants to keep appointments running smoothly, the showroom looking its best, and clients well cared for from their first visit through pickup. Many of our clients are making some of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. The right candidate is warm and professional with clients, organized behind the scenes, and genuinely interested in learning about diamonds and fine jewelry. Accuracy, discretion, and follow-through are essential in this role. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients and helping them feel welcome in the showroom
• Preparing for client appointments, including pulling and organizing jewelry and diamonds
• Assisting sales consultants during appointments as needed
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
• Following up with clients by phone, email, or message
• Updating client records, notes, and project details accurately
• Keeping showcases clean, organized, and properly displayed
• Cleaning and inspecting jewelry before presentation and client pickup
• Assisting with showcase counts and inventory procedures
• Preparing paperwork, receipts, and packaging for completed purchases
• Coordinating client pickups for custom projects and repairs
• Communicating with design, production, and office teams to keep projects on track
• Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned ## Qualifications
