Subaru of Spokane is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level, training-focused role is designed to support our Sales department while developing the skills, product knowledge, and experience needed to advance into a traditional Sales Representative position. If you're passionate about helping people, eager to learn, and interested in a long-term career in automotive sales, this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a trusted and community-oriented dealership. What You'll Do As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support daily operations and customer interactions, including: Assisting customers during the vehicle shopping process Learning Subaru product features, technology, and benefits Supporting Sales Consultants with test drives, paperwork, and follow-ups Maintaining showroom and vehicle presentation standards Participating in sales training, role-playing, and mentorship programs Learning dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Subaru's values Training & Growth This role is specifically designed as a developmental pathway into a full Sales Representative position.
Successful Sales Trainees will receive:
