Internet Sales Assistant :

Converse with decision makers on a daily basis and help them understand the products and services we can offer through customer service efforts Assist the customers in finding the correct solution for their problems and processing sales in a confidential manner Attend meetings regarding products and services, sales goals, new sales approaches, and monthly office goals Work with other team members in the customer service and sales department to achieve personal and team goals Coordinate with the office manager to assist in running training and meetings for the Internet Sales Assistant team

Successful Internet Sales Assistants Should Have :

Up to 1 year of customer service, sales, or experience in a retail environment is highly desired Possess customer service and sales skills such as; patience, empathy, and clear communication High-quality, and dedicated work ethic Goal-driven and customer service-focused mindset The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers
