【Position】 Sales Engineer (Bilingual English / Mandarin) - Semiconductor 【Summary】 A leading Japanese precision component manufacturer for the semiconductor industry in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer. In this role, you will support sales and marketing activities while providing technical service and customer support. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting equipment installation and servicing. Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry (such as TSMC-related supply chains or projects) in Arizona are highly encouraged to apply. 【Key Responsibilities】 Conduct sales and marketing activities for specialized semiconductor components and related equipment. Manage existing client accounts and build long-term relationships by addressing customer concerns and introducing process improvements. Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment as needed. Plan, coordinate, and participate in trade shows and industry events. Prepare sales reports, demand forecasts, and other required business documentation. Travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis to support customers and company operations. 【Working Hours, Working style】 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Language Skills:

Fluent/Native in Mandarin and conversational English are required . (Japanese language capability is a strong plus).

Experience/Background:

Experience or familiarity within the semiconductor industry in the Phoenix/Arizona region (e.g., TSMC supply chain ecosystem) is strongly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Aptitude:

Basic engineering aptitude, including hands-on experience/familiarity with hand tools, mechanical concepts, and basic mathematical applications.

Travel Requirement:

Willingness and ability to travel frequently (both domestic and international).

Work Authorization:

Must have valid legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

Pay:
