This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in machining, manufacturing technology, and technical sales. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a technically curious and results-oriented individual who enjoys both engineering and working with people. You don't need to be an expert in manufacturing machines on day one—we are looking for someone who is eager to learn manufacturing technology and develop into a trusted technical advisor for customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Outbound Sales and lead Generation Proven ability to achieve sales targets and objectives Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Experience in the machine tool industry is preferred though not required Responsibilities Learn and develop knowledge of machine tools, machining processes, controls, cutting tools, and manufacturing applications Successfully manage client relationships Collaborate with senior sales to understand client requirements and technical challenges. Daily sales activity including generating leads and making sales calls to prospective clients Provide excellent customer service Effectively communicating with clients and internal team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
