Our specialty is injection molded products and most customers are in the semiconductor or electronics business so familiarity with either or both give you an advantage. You will be working in our headquarters in Amherst NH. If you have appropriate technical knowledge, great written and verbal communication skills, enjoy talking with people on the phone, teaching, and helping others solve problems, you may be a good fit.
Compensation and Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities include:
Receiving and responding to customer inquiries arriving through email, web forms, and phone calls Providing technical support to customers unfamiliar with product use or needing help with supporting products Preparing formal quotations, budgetary estimates, technical descriptions of offers, including pricing recommendations for internal review and ultimately delivery to the customer Customer meetings (mostly virtual) and calls to gather information and provide support to the sales process Reviewing purchase orders and related documents Responding to requests for completion of customer forms, quality surveys, NDA agreements, compliance documents
Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or manufacturing support U.S. citizenship Required skills (possessed at hiring or acquired quickly): Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn, as needed, to fill knowledge and skill gaps Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - and Adobe PDF viewing and editing Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T Ability to review and understand contract language including terms and conditions Ability to communicate total value (dollarization) in the context of quoting and sales presentations Wear multiple hats in autonomous and small group work situations with shared responsibilities (small business environment) Desired skills: Mechanical engineering and design Plastics engineering and design, including material properties and selection Experience or familiarity with injection molding Experience or familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing (back end), pick and place automation, and electronics/PCB assembly Experience or familiarity with JEDEC standards and semiconductor packaging technology ESD management materials, techniques, and measurements Familiarity with ITAR, CMMC, RoHS, REACH and ISO regulations While relevant knowledge and experience are highly valued, we recognize that this role draws on a diverse skill set. We are prepared to provide training to fill gaps for an otherwise qualified candidate. This is an "in person" position with the possibility of occasional remote work for special requirements. Most communication with customers is by email, phone, and occasional virtual meetings. Visits by, and to, customers do occur and infrequent travel may be required.
