- Position Overview
- Milady is hiring a motivated Temporary Business Development Representative (BDR) to assist our sales team in finding new customer opportunities.
- What You'll Do
- + Carry out proactive outbound communication with potential customers through phone and email.
- How Success Will Be Measured
- Success in this role goes beyond just arranging meetings. We seek meaningful customer interaction that leads to customers participating in their planned demonstrations .
- Key performance measures will include:
- + Outbound prospecting activity + Scheduled qualified appointments + Customer attendance at scheduled appointments + Consistent achievement of weekly appointment goals The goal for this position is to schedule a set number of qualified appointments per week and assist up to five sales representatives.

Compensation:
$20-23 per hour + Incentive opportunity: $10 for every qualified appointment that leads to the customer participating in the scheduled demonstration + Incentives are calculated and paid monthly. + Appointments where the customer does not attend are not eligible for the incentive.- About the Opportunity
