Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and proactive Sales Account Specialist / Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Alexander City, Alabama. This position will be responsible for managing major OEM/Tier-1 Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating inventory and production scheduling, tracking daily/monthly sales performance, and overseeing local team operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Excel skills, experience in client account management within manufacturing, and the ability to effectively collaborate across internal production, quality, and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities Client PO & Account Management:

Receive, process, and manage customer Purchase Orders (Mass Production, Service, & After-Market POs). Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, urgent production alignment, and shipping requests. Lead sales team execution for New Product Introductions (CSW/Engineering Change Notices).

Inventory & Packaging Management:

Monitor finished goods inventory against active client POs to prevent shipment shortages. Track expendable packaging/box inventory, estimate demand, and issue POs accordingly. Lead monthly stock inventory consolidation and reporting in collaboration with warehouse and production teams.

Sales & Revenue Performance:

Calculate daily sales revenue based on daily shipments per customer. Maintain real-time unit pricing accuracy and proactively mitigate delivery/stockout risks. Manage monthly scrap sales consolidation and reporting.

Operational & Audit Support:

Support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO, and Customer-specific Audits), preparing required documentation. Track and manage monthly department headcounts, attendance, material consumption, and sales data. Oversee and support local administrative staff, providing operational backup coverage when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements Software Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Data analysis, formulas, reporting) and MS Word.

Audit Experience:

Familiarity with manufacturing audit processes (IATF 16949 / OEM Audits) is a strong plus.

Communication:

Excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation skills.

Languages:

English (Required). Bilingual fluency in Korean/English is highly preferred to communicate effectively with our global leadership and diverse local team.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail in inventory and financial tracking.
