Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Sales Account & Supply Chain Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Alexander City, Alabama . Serving major OEM/Tier-1 automotive and electronics manufacturing clients, this role is pivotal in managing customer Purchase Orders (POs), forecasting demand, optimizing packaging inventory, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution between production and client delivery. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced manufacturing conditions, maintain high accuracy in data reporting, and build strong cross-functional relationships with clients and internal production teams.
Key Responsibilities Customer PO & Forecast Management:
Review, analyze, and process client Purchase Orders (POs) and long-term rolling forecasts. Prepare regular demand reports and communicate client requirements to internal production teams. Dynamically respond to urgent PO modifications and coordinate real-time adjustments to production and delivery schedules.
Customer Delivery & Inventory Operations:
Manage daily customer delivery fulfillment and closely monitor shipping schedules to prevent delays. Monitor finished goods inventory levels to align with customer delivery timelines. Track customer-specific packaging availability and return status; coordinate internally to resolve packaging shortages.
Billing & Performance Reporting:
Prepare, submit, and manage accurate customer invoices and financial records. Track daily delivery performance, compile operational KPIs, and report outcomes to management.
Cross-Functional & Audit Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Materials, and Purchasing departments to ensure on-time execution. Support customer site visits, including document preparation and action-item follow-ups. Lead sales and supply-chain preparation for Customer Audits (preparing records, coordinating department responses, and tracking corrective actions).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2-5+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Account Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics within a Manufacturing environment (Automotive or Plastic Injection Molding experience is a plus).
Software Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data consolidation) and MS Office.
Customer Service:
Proven ability to handle high-volume client accounts, urgent requests, and complex production changes.
Languages:
English (Required - Professional Fluency) Bilingual fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our leadership and diverse local workforce.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy in invoicing and inventory tracking. Prior experience interacting with major OEM / Tier-1 supply chains and customer audit processes.
