South Power Electric - Staffing Services About the Company South Power Electric - Staffing Services is a growing company specializing in electrical staffing solutions for commercial and industrial construction projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Construction Representative to help us develop new business and build strong relationships with contractors and construction companies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, electrical contractors, and potential clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for electrical staffing services. Meet with clients to understand their staffing needs and present staffing solutions. Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships. Represent South Power Electric professionally within the construction and electrical industry. Work closely with our staffing and operations teams to ensure client needs are met. Travel to meet with clients and develop new business opportunities every other week, as needed. Skills & Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Construction, electrical, staffing, recruiting, or related industry experience is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Professional attitude with excellent customer-service skills. Ability to build relationships and generate new business. Willingness and ability to travel every other week for business development and client meetings. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
