Associate Sales Representative

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing issues, and general support to enhance their overall experience Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions Support client services by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive call center environment Skills Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products confidently Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages enhances communication with a broader clientele Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening and problem-solving capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is preferred but not required Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills for accurate record keeping Ability to communicate clearly via phone and written channels while maintaining professionalism Requirements Property and Casualty License for the state of AL, or willing to acquire license prior to start date. Pay This is a commission-based role with a base salary included, where your income is driven by your work ethic—through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. There is no cap on earnings.
