Description Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses is hiring a Sales Representative for our Fort Smith location. This is a full-time hourly plus commission role with a growing, family-owned company. What You'll Earn Our reps earn $40,000 to $80,000+ per year. You'll start on an hourly base so you're not stressed about slow days while you ramp up, with commission on top that rewards exactly how hard you work. The Job You'll be on the floor at our Fort Smith location helping customers find the right mattress or furniture for their home and budget. No pressure tactics, no scripts. Customers come in with a need. Your job is to listen, know the product, and earn the sale the honest way. How We Train You We don't throw you on the floor and wish you luck. You'll go through structured onboarding, hands-on product training, and get paired with a senior rep who knows the product. We work with how you learn best. Room to Grow We open new stores every year and we hire from within. When a new location opens locally, the people already on our team get first shot at running it. If you want to move into a store manager role, the opportunity is real and coming sooner than you'd think. Job Requirements Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help customers Self-motivated with a competitive drive Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working a retail schedule including weekends Retail or sales experience preferred but not required Experience in furniture or mattress sales a plus Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor Who We're Looking For A people person who genuinely enjoys helping strangers, is self-motivated, and takes pride in doing the job right.
