At 4 Star General Contracting, driven sales professionals earn $125,000 to $200,000 in their first year and $300,000 to $500,000+ in year two and beyond through uncapped commission on high-ticket commercial roofing projects. You will need previous outside sales experience . No roofing background required; we provide full training! This is not a one-call-close role . Commercial roofing involves longer sales cycles (30-90 days to close) with bigger payouts. You need patience, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.Responsibilities:
Develop new business through outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct roof assessments and identify storm damage or maintenance needs Present tailored solutions including scope, timelines, and warranty options Guide clients through the project process from consultation to completion Build your own book of business within a proven systemQualifications:
