They generate and secure new sales in a professional environment by calling on and prospecting with a focus on business to business opportunities. This can include property management firms, landscape companies, and sports related facilities. TruGreen's produced commercial work has grown over $9M year to date versus prior year. ROUND POSITION

) Achieve sales goals and executes sales plans to small, medium, and large businesses. (75-80% Cold Calling) Calling on property managers, landscapers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurant, banks or any corporate entity in need of superior lawn care products/services Presenting Proposals for lawn care services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts Generates new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers Negotiating price and design utilizing custom based technology and devices. Generating leads utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports etc. Project management duties and implementing the coordination of multiple service departments
