General Description Executes all point-of-sale and customer service functions while supporting store operations and driving sales through in-store and phone interactions. Essential Job Functions The following duties are essential to the role; other duties may be assigned as business needs require: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in person and over the phone. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and proper use. Actively sell company merchandise and support team members in achieving sales goals. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Job Duties To successfully perform the essential job functions, the Inside Sales Representative must: Operate the BisTrack computer system to calculate pricing, taxes, and totals accurately. Accept payments, issue receipts, and make correct change. Obtain and prepare merchandise selected or requested by customers. Wrap or bag merchandise according to company standards. Stock shelves, counters, and displays with merchandise. Tag, stamp, or label merchandise with correct pricing. Set up and maintain promotional displays and signage. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, shelves, and counters. Participate in required training programs, both on-site and off-site.
