Job Summary For nearly 20 years, Engrained Cabinetry & Countertops has partnered with homeowners, builders, and contractors transforming ideas into livable spaces. Combining expert design guidance, hands-on showroom experiences, and computer-generated renderings, we help customers confidently select cabinetry and countertops to complete their projects. If you have experience in cabinetry and countertop solutions for kitchen, bath and other spaces, strong in B2C and B2B sales, and want an opportunity where your success directly influences your earning potential, we want to hear from you. The Opportunity

  • Training is provided What You'll Do Develop in-depth knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and related products to provide informed recommendations and design solutions.
Meet with customers to understand their goals, preferences, budget, and functional requirements. Create thoughtful designs balancing aesthetics and functionality Prepare cabinet and countertop layouts, design renderings, and project specifications using Design Flex (formerly 2020 Design). Conduct design review meetings with customers, incorporating feedback and confirming designs meet expectations. Prepare proposals, pricing estimates, and project documentation for customer review and approval. Create and maintain contracts, payment agreements, and project tracking documents using Office 365 and other business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Pay:
Up to $200,000.00 per year
