Our clients include federal agencies, aerospace contractors, state and municipal governments, and educational institutions. We design, install, and support enterprise-grade security platforms for complex, high-security environments. What You'll Do Support business development by identifying opportunities in government bid platforms and construction project pipelines Assist with proposal development, including reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bid packages Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the sales cycle Learn security technology platforms through hands-on training and customer projects Build relationships with public-sector clients and institutional decision-makers
Who We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university (strong preference for graduates from UC system schools, Caltech, Stanford, or other competitive STEM and business programs) Strong quantitative and analytical abilities—you excel at problem-solving, can interpret technical specifications and construction drawings, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office—comfortable with formulas, data analysis, and creating professional documents and spreadsheets Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Professional maturity and ability to represent the company with clients and partners Must pass a criminal background check and obtain a security clearance (required for government contracting work)
Preferred:
STEM background (engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics) or rigorous business/economics program with strong quantitative coursework Demonstrated academic excellence (strong GPA, honors, relevant coursework, research experience, or technical projects) Familiarity with CRM systems, project management software, or government bid platforms Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build expertise in a specialized field, not just fill a generic sales role Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually Medical insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement Comprehensive paid training in security technology and government sales Location & Work Environment This is an in-person position based in Agoura Hills, California.
