This position is for our location at the Westfield Santa Anita.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for in-store customer service, which includes assisting customers with their needs, sampling products and offering gift suggestions to consumers, answering their questions regarding brand and product information (allergens present in products, brand history, among others). Sales associates are also responsible for maintaining our locations' cleanliness, and assisting managers with tasks such as fixing product deliveries and doublechecking daily product inventory and cash sales.

Customer Service:

Excellent customer service is crucial for this position. An enthusiastic attitude and good people skills are advantages together with honest work ethics.

Operations:

Daily operations include, but are not limited to: cleaning the store before opening and closing, doublechecking expiry dates on products, and ensuring accuracy for product inventories and cash flow.

Qualifications:

Ideal qualifications include 1 year of experience in retail (having worked with food is an advantage), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in work schedule. Must be able to work on weekends and evening shifts.
