Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an RV Sales Associate and ignite your passion for high-end sales! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with their dream recreational vehicles. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions will help build lasting relationships and expand our sales pipeline. As a key ambassador for our dealership, you'll leverage your multilingual skills and exceptional communication abilities to engage diverse clients, provide outstanding customer service, and support our growth in the outdoor recreation industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales management skills while helping customers find the perfect RV to elevate their adventures. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person visits to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships. Demonstrate high-end RV models, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate deals effectively by applying retail math, dealership policies, and market insights to close sales confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress to maximize sales opportunities. Upsell additional products and services such as accessories, warranties, or maintenance packages to enhance customer value and dealership revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new clients through promotional events or targeted campaigns. Maintain organized inventory control records and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication throughout the sales process. Support dealership operations by participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and public speaking engagements to sharpen your sales management capabilities. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong understanding of B2B (business-to-business) transactions. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse client base; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships is essential. Prior dealership experience or background in inventory management enhances your fit for this role. Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to handle inventory control and financial calculations accurately. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette are critical for success. Ability to perform outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and public speaking engagements confidently.
