Life:

Create professional elevator repair or modernization proposals, and manage those opportunities within the CRM system. Partner with operations personnel and account managers to ensure technical accuracy and realistic pricing. Connect with clients regarding submitted proposals to answer initial feedback and advance the deal. Address customer questions about proposal terms, pricing, and project scheduling. Interface directly with the repair scheduling department to resolve client timeline conflicts and check capacity. Enter account updates and contract details into the company systems to maintain accurate customer profiles, track financial data, and launch project fulfillment. What We're Looking For - Skills to

High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Clear, professional written and verbal English skills. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Strong service-oriented mindset and phone etiquette.
