Putnam Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a Sales Consultant who likes trucks, SUVs and people, and wants to build a book of repeat and referral customers. What You'll Do Greet customers, understand their needs and match them to the right Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler or Fiat Deliver product presentations and test drives that build real value Follow up on internet leads, phone ups and prior customers using our CRM Work with sales managers on pricing and deal structure, and with F&I on a smooth delivery Walk customers through features, technology and capability at delivery Build a pipeline of repeat and referral business Hit monthly unit and CSI targets Stay current on Stellantis product, incentives and competitive models What We're Looking For Dealership or retail sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Self-motivated, organized and consistent with follow-up Comfortable with CRM software, text and email prospecting Bilingual a plus Valid California driver's license and insurable driving record Availability to work weekends and some evenings What We Offer Uncapped commission plus monthly volume and CSI bonuses Separate hourly pay for rest and recovery periods and non-sales time, per California law Stellantis product training and certification A path to sales management across a 13-dealership family group Putnam Family Dealerships is an equal opportunity employer.
