individual with sales experience and drive to be the best! Real Estate License and experience is NOT required, but sales experience is a requirement. This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly. About Company Buying Americas Homes is one of the top home-buying companies in Oceanside CA and surrounding areas. Purchasing on average a 100+ homes per year and growing, we offer homeowners a hassle-free sale at a fair price. This is a in-office position You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!

Compensation:

Salary + Commission = $65,000

• $135,000 (uncapped commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home.
• Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.
• Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
• Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
• Must be a team player.
• Love helping people and great at building rapport.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.

Our ideal candidate would be:

• Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
• Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
• Quick starter.
• Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience.
• No Real Estate Experience Required, but preferred.
• High School Diploma.
