Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and pitch appropriate solutions or packages. Follow up with prospects via phone and email to move them through the sales pipeline. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas, conversion metrics, and activity targets. Inbound Customer Service Support Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a friendly, professional manner. Resolve customer questions, issues, and technical problems quickly. Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities during service interactions when appropriate. Document all customer interactions and sales updates accurately in the CRM system.
