This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new business, and turning potential customers into long-term accounts. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, contacting prospective customers, maintaining existing accounts, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential new business customers Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospective clients Develop relationships with new and existing customers Identify decision-makers within prospective companies Present products and services to potential customers Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Qualify leads and identify customer needs Prepare and follow up on quotes Handle customer questions and objections Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing accounts Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales information Assist with sales orders, invoices, product availability, and customer requests Work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are handled properly Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of B2B sales and customer service experience preferred Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and account management Ability to handle objections and close business Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organization and multitasking skills High school diploma or equivalent required Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Previous inside sales, call center, business development, or account management experience is a plus

Pay:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
