Responsibilities:
Work the CRM daily — responding quickly to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and keeping your pipeline full. Leverage digital engagement to generate real foot traffic into the store. Build rapport with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations. Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and help customers find the right fit.
