Experienced RV Salesperson Sierra RV Center - Colfax, CA Full-Time Sierra RV Center is looking for an experienced RV salesperson to join our team in Colfax. This an hourly position plus commission. We are a locally owned and operated RV dealership specializing in quality products, including Arctic Fox, Nash, Wolf Creek, and Desert Fox by Northwood Manufacturing . We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, straightforward buying experience and building long-term relationships with our customers. We're looking for someone with sales experience who enjoys working with people, has a good understanding of RVs, and would like to be part of a smaller, team-oriented dealership. What We're Looking For Previous RV sales experience preferred Automotive, powersports, marine, or similar sales experience will also be considered Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone, text, and email Good follow-up and organizational skills Basic knowledge of RVs, towing, floorplans, and features CRM experience is helpful Dependable and team-oriented Valid driver's license Responsibilities Help customers find an RV that fits their needs and budget Assist with walk-in, phone, and internet customers Provide RV walk-arounds and product demonstrations Follow up with customers throughout the buying process Learn and maintain knowledge of our new and used inventory Keep customer information and follow-up activities current in the CRM Work with the rest of our team to provide a smooth purchasing experience Maintain relationships with customers after the sale Why Sierra RV Center?
