What you'll do Drive to in-home sales appointments booked by our call center. Meet homeowners, get their utility bill, and confirm everyone who needs to decide is there. Set up the presentation on your laptop or tablet. Work with an Energy Advisor who joins by video to help lead the presentation and close. Log every appointment in our CRM. Ask for referrals and build your own leads. Self-generated deals pay double. Stay in touch with your customers until their system is installed and turned on.

How you grow:

Field Agent → Energy Consultant Step 1: Field Agent (FA) You start here. You run appointments in the home while an Energy Advisor helps close. You learn the full sales process on real appointments. You can stay an FA as long as you want. Step 2: Energy Consultant (EC) When you're ready, you take the Pitch Exam. You need a B or higher from both our AI grader and a human grader, and 80% or higher on the Final Knowledge Quiz. Once you pass, you run and close your own appointments, and your commission doubles. Step 3: Leadership The path goes EC → Team Lead → Senior Team Lead → Assistant Sales Manager → Sales Manager. Top reps train and lead the next class. Pay This is a commission-only role. Coaching after appointments. Presentations are recorded (with the homeowner's consent) so you can watch yourself and fix what's costing you deals. Where you'll work We send you appointments up to 90 miles from your home, and closer in busy markets. You can self-generate deals anywhere we operate. Appointments are not guaranteed. Reps who show up, follow the process, and close get more appointments. Schedule Full-time on-call, six days a week. On call from 8 AM until the last appointment slot at 7 PM. There are gaps between appointments, so this isn't nonstop work. What we expect 7 signed deals a month, with at least 3 from self-gen or referrals. 100% attendance on your assigned appointments. Honest selling only. No fake promises, ever. Complete notes in our CRM after every appointment. You'll do well here if you have experience in: Sales, outside sales, retail sales, door-to-door sales, in-home sales, solar sales, customer service, bartending, serving, rideshare, gym sales, car sales, insurance sales, real estate, or collections.
