About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales role where you'll use modern tools and technology to present and close deals during in-home consultations. Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system Design customized bath solutions using our software Provide pricing and close sales during consultations Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous in-home sales experience preferred Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Confident presenter with strong closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Compensation This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential .
