THE ROLE
The Division Sales Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. The primary responsibilities include administrative responsibilities and ensure potential clients are tracked and communicated with all steps of the process and continue to move through the sales cycle by meeting service level agreements and quality standards. The Sales Specialist will partner with corporate marketing, corporate and division operations, transactions, to work together to ensure both the BUY and BUILD sales teams have the tools necessary to take buyers through a seamless sales journey.
DAY IN THE LIFE
Enters lead information, tracks, and follows up after events such as: BUILD Events, Community Fairs, and Open Houses. Supports the Build sales team to provide all collateral and tools for the preliminary needs analysis tracking information and completing all required forms to be input into the system. Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and goals for the week, month, and year. Ensure all follow-up deliverables are completed meeting SLAs to keep moving the prospective buyer through the sales funnel and all committed to deliverables are met. Conducts broker outreach and coordinates with Real Estate Agents in the area to set up Lunch & Learns, meetings and other presentations. Assists corporate marketing team in creating and overseeing outreach campaigns using email automation tools. Tracks all projects in the sales pipeline to assist in moving through each stage and alerts the team when not meeting established timeframes. Provides support to the Asset Specialist preparing open houses and other direct-to-consumer marketing events with materials, collateral, and follow-up items to ensure a timely response. Responsible for organizing, preparing, setting up, and supporting all events including community events. Supports sales team to prepare for the presentation to brokers on TJH offering. Schedules Design Studio appointments for prospective buyers and ensures the internal stakeholders meet commitments. Coordinates with the Build Experience team to provide a successful on-boarding process for new Buy and Build clients.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of real estate or residential homebuilding experience Valid Driver's License
WHAT WILL SET YOU A PART
Understands the real estate selling and basic homebuilding processes. Able to work with a variety of stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and productivity. Demonstrates the ability to appropriately handle relations in a professional manner.
