About the Role We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle and build a loyal client base. If you have a successful sales track record, whether in the U.S. or abroad, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Build long-term relationships that turn customers into repeat buyers and referrals Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, listen carefully, and guide customers to the right vehicle Become a product expert on Mitsubishi models, trim levels, packages, and the latest technology Deliver professional demonstrations and test drives of new and pre-owned vehicles Follow up with customers after the sale to build referral business Handle objections with confidence and professionalism Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activity, and performance Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Available to work flexible hours, including weekends Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates Professional appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Automotive sales experience preferred. Successful sales experience in other countries or industries is welcome and encouraged.
