CLOSE DEALS.

Experience in electrical, solar, HVAC, roofing, or home-improvement sales is strongly preferred.

EARNING POTENTIAL

Commission-based compensation $120,000-$350,000+ annual earning potential based on performance Performance bonuses and incentives Pre-set company appointments Self-generated lead opportunities Growth opportunities within Saiyan Electric There is significant earning potential for representatives who consistently produce results.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

Representatives will sell electrical improvement projects within Saiyan Electric's licensed scope, including: 200A electrical panel/service upgrades Whole-home electrical rewires EV charger installations Dedicated circuits Electrical troubleshooting and improvements Recessed and LED lighting Electrical system modernization Residential electrical projects Commercial electrical projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run company-provided pre-set appointments Meet homeowners and business owners Understand customers' electrical needs Present appropriate project solutions Prepare and present proposals Explain project pricing and available payment options Professionally overcome objections Negotiate and close sales Follow up with unsold opportunities Generate self-produced leads when necessary Maintain accurate CRM records Meet or exceed sales targets Deliver excellent customer service

CALIFORNIA HIS REGISTRATION

Applicants must hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration before performing activities requiring registration.
