Office Plants / Everything Grows is looking for a creative, personable, and motivated Interior Plant Sales & Design Specialist to join our team. We provide professional indoor plant design, installation, and ongoing plant care for commercial spaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great position for someone who enjoys plants, interior design, and working with people . You'll meet with clients, help them envision how plants can enhance their workplace, select plants and containers that complement their space, prepare proposals, and guide projects from the initial consultation through installation. What You'll Do Meet with prospective and existing commercial clients to evaluate their spaces and plant needs Recommend indoor plants based on lighting, environment, scale, and design Select decorative containers that complement each client's interior Develop creative plant designs for offices, lobbies, common areas, and other commercial spaces Prepare estimates and professional proposals Follow up with prospective clients and build long-term customer relationships Work closely with our installation and plant-care teams to ensure projects are installed as designed Visit client locations throughout the Bay Area Help grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for plant additions and upgrades Maintain organized records of proposals, client communications, and project details We're Looking for Someone Who Has a strong eye for design, color, proportion, and space Enjoys plants and has an interest in interior landscaping Is friendly, professional, confident, and comfortable meeting with clients Has strong written and verbal communication skills Can work independently and manage multiple projects Is organized and follows through on leads and proposals Is comfortable measuring spaces, working with pricing, and preparing estimates Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning our systems Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits Experience in interior plants, horticulture, landscape design, interior design, commercial furniture, architectural products, or B2B sales is a plus. However, we are also interested in candidates with a strong design sense and sales ability who are excited to learn the indoor plant industry. About Us Everything Grows has been providing professional interior plant services to businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for many years. We design, install, and maintain indoor plants for offices and other commercial environments. We're a locally owned company that takes pride in providing personal service, beautiful installations, and long-term relationships with our clients. Compensation $26-30 per hour + commission opportunities Compensation will depend on experience. Mileage reimbursement is provided for business travel.
