We are looking for versatile, highly organized Business Development Associate to support growth, recruiting, client engagement, marketing, and delivery operations.

Part-time to Full-Time On-Site Start date: Immediate As a Business Development Associate you'll be at the front line of our growth efforts. Your job is to open doors — making first contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You'll be the one generating opportunities, while our senior team then assists you to build and manage the deeper client relationships. This is an excellent role for someone hungry to learn, motivated by results, and excited by the significant earning potential that comes with success in business development. Role Summary The Business Development Associate will be a hands‑on generalist who combines Recruiting, Talent Management, sales support, proposal and RFP development, recruiting (direct sourcing and bench management), marketing/content creation, and light technical support. This on‑site role requires multitasking, strong communication, and comfort with confidential executive‑level interactions. The ideal candidate enjoys both client‑facing and back‑office responsibilities and can pivot quickly between strategic and tactical work. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Management
  • Source candidates for consulting, technical, and leadership roles via direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Bench recruiting and bench management: proactively build and maintain a bench of qualified consultants to staff near‑term engagements.
  • Maintain ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) records and candidate pipelines; ensure timely communications and status updates.
  • Conduct reference checks, background check coordination, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Sales & Business Development
  • Qualify inbound leads and perform outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to prospects and referral partners.
  • Support sales cycle activities: discovery calls, meeting prep, pitch decks, solution outlines, pricing worksheets, and contract administration.
  • Maintain and update CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot): lead scoring, opportunity tracking, activity logging, pipeline hygiene.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, demos, executive briefings, and proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Research target accounts and industries; prepare account briefs, stakeholder maps, and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in developing sales enablement collateral: one‑pagers, case studies, capability decks, and ROI analyses. RFP, Proposal & Capture Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end RFP/RFI response development: capture requirements, coordinate SMEs, write technical/management sections, assemble appendices, and manage version control.
  • Draft executive summaries, solution narratives, staffing plans, project timelines, and pricing models.
  • Ensure proposals meet compliance, formatting, and submission requirements; manage redlines and approvals.
  • Maintain proposal content library and reusable templates; track win/loss and lessons learned. Marketing, Content & Communications
  • Create and edit high‑quality content: blog articles, whitepapers, thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Assist with website content updates (CMS experience preferred), microsite builds, and landing pages for campaigns.
  • Support digital marketing efforts: SEO basics, keyword research, analytics tracking, paid campaign coordination (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Manage social media strategy and publishing cadence for executives and company channels.
  • Help plan and coordinate events, webinars, and client roundtables. Technical & Delivery Support
  • Provide light technical assistance and subject matter support for internal teams and clients (AI/ML concepts, cloud basics, data analytics, cybersecurity fundamentals).
  • Help design and prepare AI‑enabled demos, PoCs, or proof‑of-value deliverables.
  • Perform website updates, basic
HTML/CSS
edits, content management, and media asset handling.
  • Assist engagement teams with deliverable QA, slide formatting, research, and data visualization.
  • Support internal tooling adoption and process documentation. Operations, Reporting & Admin
  • Produce regular reports: sales pipeline dashboards, recruiting metrics, bench utilization, proposal activity, and marketing KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships for background checks, job boards, creative/agency partners, and event vendors.
  • Maintain proposal and HR documentation, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for consultants and executive teams when required. Required Qualifications
  • 1 years experience in business development, or sales operations, or recruiting, proposal management, or marketing at a consulting, professional services, or technology company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong proposal and story‑telling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing RFP/RFI responses and developing technical/business proposals.
  • Hands‑on recruiting experience: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, and common office/marketing tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Greenhouse/Lever, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
  • Comfortable with basic technical concepts (AI, cloud, data analytics) and translating technical content for business audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Must be able to work on‑site full‑time. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT Recruiting, Talent Specialist, consulting, management consulting, or executive search.
  • Prior experience with content creation, SEO, CMS (WordPress, Drupal), or basic web edits (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (chat assistants, generative models) for content drafting and research.
  • Experience building pricing models, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial proposals.
  • Project management experience or PMP/Agile certification. Skills & Competencies
