In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing exceptional customer support and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Proactively identifying new business opportunities and managing a designated geographic area.

Face to face sales:

conducting in person meetings, presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients Relationship building: nurturing long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Goal attainment: meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and KPIs (e.g., revenue, new accounts).

Reporting:

maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and CRM updates.

Negotiation:

handling contract negotiations and closing sales deals Experience Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or in person. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks Online Knowledge of police, fire and other emergency vehicle product is required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed, keep desk clean and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note that additional duties may be assigned as needed. •experience in previous sales roles is highly preferred•
