This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, meeting customers, and working independently.

What You'll Do:

Sell pest management services and products to residential customers Inspect homes for pests and recommend solutions Present estimates and proposals and follow up to secure sales Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs Educate customers on our products and services Work with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Technicians, and Branch Management Track sales activities and travel locally within your territory

What You Bring:

Previous sales experience required Pest control experience preferred Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Self-motivated and comfortable working independently High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to obtain required California pest control certification/licensing within 90 days
