8:45 AM-3:15 PM The Refinery Wellness is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Front Desk & Membership Sales Lead to help manage daily front desk operations while creating an excellent client experience. This is a leadership and sales-focused position. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, rebooking appointments, selling memberships, and helping keep the team and schedule organized.

Responsibilities include:

Checking clients in and out Rebooking appointments and improving client retention Educating clients on and selling memberships Managing and coordinating employee schedules Answering calls, texts, and booking inquiries Supporting daily front desk and facility operations Assisting with promotions, advertising, and social media Creating simple social media content and promoting availability Communicating with staff and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and professional Strong in customer service and sales Comfortable asking for the sale and recommending memberships Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative Comfortable managing staff schedules and communication Familiar with Instagram/social media Interested in wellness, fitness, or recovery Previous experience in front desk operations, sales, fitness, wellness, chiropractic, physical therapy, med spa, salon, or a similar environment is preferred. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the front desk and play an active role in helping The Refinery Wellness grow.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
