Every event builds our Entry Level Sales Representatives' sales expertise, and every day, they'll grow into leaders. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll help customers understand that affordable connectivity can be an everyday resource rather than a luxury. The Entry Level Sales Representative will also engage our customers through in-person sales outreach, discuss available mobile options, and help interested customers understand the enrollment process. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Approach customers in person, explore their basic communication habits, and introduce them to easy-to-access mobile options that meet their everyday needs. Support sales in person by demonstrating how simple smartphones and basic data plans can keep them connected with minimal hassle. Use approachable language to explain how accessible mobile solutions make communication straightforward and stress-free. Recognize sales opportunities to recommend user-friendly plans that fit their lifestyle and budget, emphasizing ease of use. Guide customers through their choices with clarity, focusing on the practicality and everyday benefits of simple mobile connectivity. Use face-to-face interactions to gather insights on customer preferences that can help shape targeted marketing strategies. Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in customer service, sales, or telecommunications is a plus. Team collaboration to support colleagues and shared sales goals. Accountability for meeting service and sales targets. Career ambition to grow into leadership roles.
