Exotic Marine Wholesale ships live tropical fish to pet stores and aquarium shops all over the U.S., and we're looking for a motivated, commission-driven sales rep who wants to get paid for what they close. You'll get access to our customer and lead database, which has only ever been worked by one sales rep, so there's a ton of untapped opportunity waiting for you. We already ship nationwide, and there are still plenty of pet stores and aquarium shops out there we haven't reached yet. Every account you open can turn into years of repeat orders, and with uncapped commission, your income grows as fast as your hustle does. Top performers will have room to move up as our sales team grows. Our current sales representative is earning $10K+ per month, with significant room for growth as our customer base expands. Duties Make a minimum of 100 phone calls per day to new and existing customers Hunt down and reach out to new pet stores, aquarium shops, and retailers across the country by phone, email, and social media Present our fish and pricing to buyers with confidence and close new wholesale accounts Own your accounts, check in regularly, and keep them reordering Take and enter customer orders accurately and on time Share current stock lists, specials, and new arrivals with your customers Work with our shipping team to make sure orders go out right and arrive healthy Follow up on questions and issues fast so every customer stays happy Keep your leads, calls, and sales up to date in our tracking system Set your sights high and beat your monthly sales goals What we're looking for A background in sales (strongly preferred) Proven phone sales skills, such as cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing (strongly preferred) A hungry closer who's motivated by commission and wants to control their own income A self-motivated go-getter who doesn't need to be pushed to pick up the phone Confidence on the phone and over email, and you don't let a no slow you down Competitive, organized, and always hungry for the next sale A love for fish or aquariums is a big bonus, but we'll teach you what you need to know

Pay:

Compensation First 90 Days -

Training & Draw Period:

During the first 90 days, the Sales Representative will receive 6% commission on all sales , along with an hourly wage under a draw system . The hourly pay is intended to provide a guaranteed income during the initial training and ramp-up period, especially while the representative is building their customer base and sales volume. After 90 Days -

Commission Only:

After the first 90 days, the hourly wage will end, and the position will transition to 100% commission-based compensation at 6% of all sales . This structure provides a guaranteed hourly income during the initial 90-day period while giving the representative the opportunity to earn significantly more through commission as sales grow.
